Our story
Tidewater started with one espresso machine, a borrowed oven and a love of slow Sunday mornings in Sooke. Today we're a small team of bakers and baristas who still start the ovens at 5 am.
We buy from Island growers whenever we can, keep our menu short and seasonal, and always have a bowl of water out for your dog.
